Bay of Kings Saturday Night Social Event

Mission Bay Yacht Club (1215 El Carmel Pl, San Diego, CA, 92109)

~6pm - ~10pm Saturday September 23rd

Join us for a bayside BBQ dinner and hangout on the beach at Mission Bay Yacht Club (7 minute drive from the gaming venue). Food and non-alchoholic drinks will be provided (let us know ASAP of any dietary restrictions, alcohol available at club bar). Master Griller Kyle Timberlake and his trusty sous chef Rashad will be serving up tasty dishes of meat and sides while we relax, recount tales of heroic battle, and prepare for day two with a wonderful water view.

Details:

• There is a full bar at the club and their to-go cups can be taken to the beach area.

• No outside alcohol is allowed at the club so please don’t try and sneak any into this spot

• When you arrive at the gate outside, tell security you’re here for a special event and a guest of Grant Williams they should open the gate no issues

• Park anywhere that isn’t reserved (Fleet Champion, Commodore etc.. spots are off limits) and head to the front. You’ll see a grassy area to the right of the main entrance with a big bell on it. The entrance to the beach is to the right of the grassy area with the bell. We’ll be setup on the picnic tables at the beach.

• We’ll try and get rides shared for anyone without a car from the gaming venue to the club and back to where folks are staying. We can organize this on site
